Ethical Sales Policy
We operate an ethical sales policy.

That means if you contact us you will not be hounded by aggressive sales people. Instead you will be given fair and impartial advice and information about renewable energy systems and what that really means for you, your family or your business.

If one of our surveyors calls to see you, they will not camp in your home for three hours until they get a sale. We will be with you for less than one hour, if that.

Below is our ethical sales code:

1. Customer service is key to us. We want you to be a happy customer. That's how we will grow as a company - through recommendation!

2. We only employ ethical and honest sales representatives and agents.

3. We work closely with manufacturers and installers to ensure that installations are carried out to the very highest standards.

4. We offer long no quibble warranties with our products and services.

5. Don't expect big discounts from us, because we always quote our best price first time. However, we will try and beat comparative quotes if possible, but only when you are ready to place an order.

6. If you are not happy with our service, then we will work with you until you are happy.

7. We do not push one manufacturer. Often we will offer a choice of manufacturers to choose from.

8. If you make an enquiry, we won't pester you with lots of sales calls.

9. We never share our customer or enquiry database with any other companies.

10. If we don't think a renewable energy technology is suitable for your home or business, we will tell you.
